The constant checking for update through HiCare app literally disrupted my life during these two months MORE that the coronavirus PANDEMIC did.
I would understand if they are waiting and would push debugged version, but no, they would push the same version from January.
On Huawei updater we can see that there are more updates published for this device but they are not being pushed for every device. For example, the security update on my device is December 2019, while there are released versions for January and February that are not being pushed to the devices.

Got this OTA in UK last Thursday.
First impressions are mixed: Like the new UI aspects including Dark Mode but really dislike the the fact that copying/moving to an external SD Card is impossible with 3rd party apps (works with preinstalled Files app). Also, Notific now repeats continually thus destroying battery life. Seems to be a known fault with Android and not specific to EMUI 10.

Why would you need Notific, this phone has a built in notification screen turn on, also thanks for the short review
Well, I guess I don't but I had it installed on EMUI 9, liked it and had no issues with it. Now, on EMUI 10 I do, so it's there in case anyone has the same issue, with Notific or a similar app, and in case anyone is aware of a way to resolve the issue ;o)
This is the first time I have heard of this notific app, maybe 3 years ago it would have been a hit, but now idk, maybe post that you have a problem on its thread
This is why I'm thinking of leaving Huawei, but I don't know where would I go since I dislike Samsung and iPhone.

I have a red dot on the Update service in the Support app, but there isn't an update
Exactly the same situation here in Greece. A red dot in the Support app but no update.
Hope that the update is about to appear in the next hours...
Same in Serbia, it's probably a matter of hours.
