You can't use OTA-MF or FullOTA-MF zips from huawei update hicloud/cdn servers to 'build' your working dload/sdcard archives...
It has not been done yet.
You can wait for a proper JSN emui9 working dload archive to pop up some day on androidhost.ru

You just need to extract the app files from the sip and paste the entire extracted files in SD and update through recovery. Right?

I updated to it through my app (EMUIFlasher) in combination with root.
