Did you reset your device after update ? If not I suggest you to do it.

I received the Emui9 on my Honor 8X. I have a chinese version of phone. After that I updated, I cant use the google services, such as playstore, or gmail. How can I use it again? I don't want to make a restore. I tried to reinstall the gsminstaller and the googleinstaller version 3 (which is the latest version) but it doesn't works, bicouse its compatible with emui8.

please be reminded that chinese version is not include any google services. china has their own, and huawei is based on china. next time, get global version.

thank you. I know these things, but on emui8 I installed saccessfully the google services (gsminstaller+services installer), it was no problem. Now I'm waiting for the updates becuz the emui9 is better than 8.
Yes, I think next time I will buy a global version for Honor 9X - if it will gives us better camera, and some updates.
