Can you please tell the full steps for installation( from unlocking a boatloader).... I am using Honor 9 lite ...please tell me about room can I use as a daily driver everything works fine or not how we get updates after installing a rom
Thank you for this detailed information... I will try the rom soonFor starters you need an unlocked bootloader.
Then do a factory reset
Then go into fastboot and flash the rom using:
fastboot flash system <imgname>
Then reboot using fastboot reboot
If it bootloops:
You need to be on stock rom(including stock recovery for a gsi to work)
Try doing a factory reset again from the stock recovery
Make sure you downloaded arm64 and not arm as our processor is 64bit(happened to me )
Check if the rom works for others, if it does flash stock rom and try again
Don't flash gapps if it is included as it can give forcestop errors.
The rom works properly and for me hotspot was fine and was working too. Flashlight couldn't be turned on from the notification bar but after a few days it got fixed by itself?
Just use an app from playstore for that.
Some USSD codes don't work
VOLTE don't work
The UI is a bit laggy but is tolerable. Change animations to 1x in developer options for a smoother experience.
Overall the rom can be used as a DD and provides a cool stock pie experience.
For the camera use GCam as it worked for me and quality is much much better. Unfortunately I couldn't take videos with it so you can use some other apps for video but for pictures GCam is best till now.
This is the rom that I felt worked properly in my device, out of around 5 ROMs I tried.
For updates, check if the developer uploaded one build after you downloaded the rom. Flash it just like you flashed it before. No factory resets necessary.
Later after everything works fine install TWRP as anything can go wrong while using a rom(but don't factory reset with it , the device will bootloop and you'll have to flash stock again, only do factory resets using stock recovery)
And don't lock the bootloader with a rom installed.
Thank you for this detailed information... I will try the rom soon
One more question .. can the update fix the volte support and how we get that update after installing a rom

After the 3rd time boot, phone is reboot on boot animation every time, I'm try 3 times flash rom but rom is stuck in boot animation. Please give any advice.
I tried PixelExperienceP-arm64-aonly file.
I'm tried pixel experience rom, please tell me which is best Android P Rom.Are you sure you flashed the a only arm 64version?
We're you on stock rom?
If not did you flash stock rom before flashing the gsi?
And if you had stock rom try factory resetting it.
Well you're not on stock you might need to flash the stock rom using HuRupdater.
Or flash TWRP, wipe data, system, cache, dalvik cache.
Then flash the image from fastboot again (skip the "fastboot -w" use "fastboot flash system (name).img")
Make sure you flash the arm 64 a only version. Try downloading again.
I'm tried pixel experience rom, please tell me which is best Android P Rom.
Jio4GVoice app is working then I will install the rom as fast as possible ...Well you can get the pills and it's pretty cool and works flawlessly. In settings navigate to gesture and enable swipe home button(or whatever its called).
RR runs on Oreo so itll look like any other stock android ROM.
Regarding Jio , I don't think you can call via native dialer as pixel experience treble ROMs don't have VOLTE enabled.
But you can use the Jio4GVoice app from playstore to place calls as 4G is working.

One more question can we get updates after installing a rom

Rom having a features of always on display and music recognization feature
Which siteJio4gVoice should work but you need to enable data(mobile data) for it work ?. But since we get free data even if there is no data pack it's not much of a problem.
I haven't checked If always on display is there but it could be there
For updates flash the later builds once it is uploaded. You cannot update via settings but have to repeat the steps to flash the image via fastboot. But while updating you won't loose your files as no factory reset is necessary.
You won't get any notifications about updates and you'll have to check manually on the site for a newer build.
Make sure you flash only the arm 64 a only builds.
But flash at your own risk ?
Which site

Buddy there are two files of pixel experience. which did you install?
Thanks for sharing. Should I switch from emui? I just flashed the B187 last week.
*Any fix for hotspot as of now and can we expect it in the near future?
*Does the camera work?
*How's the ram management?
*Battery life
*Does the phone lag, like, is there any lag in the UI?
*Have you tried gaming on this?
*Do you recommend this as a daily driver?
Know that's a lot of questions but would be grateful if you could help.?
