why cant I access internal memory ...!!!
I solved this by:
  1. restoring a 4.3 backup
  2. removing my external SD
  3. copying all content from my internal memory to my pc
  4. doing a factory reset (in the phone settings, not in a custom recovery)
  5. restarting
  6. updating
  7. copying the backup back from pc to internal memory
  8. re-inserting external SD

4.3 is not necessary mate

If we upgrade do we keep root?
Else how to root?
Does anyone want make a howto guide to upgrade from 4.4?
I don't think you'll keep the root when updating but there is a solution for that if wanted to keep the root IDK if it work for this device, google it
Someone from Google+ posted a pic using Kingroot
You'll find an answer around here try searching for it.

yeah i am using it. but i have to be carful about modules. greenify works with it (thank god). but some other things like app settings doesn't work anymore because app settings need to be updated to even work with 5.0 lollipop (app settings was last updated at the 13.08.2014. date is in this format= DD.MM.YYYY)

- Get version 4.5.0.722
- Try twice or more times. First time was not successful. Second got it.

Good luck.:good:

I keep reading people have fast and lagfree Tegra Note 7 but mine is lagging as a #$%@#%[email protected]# and I have zero idea why. I've restored to factory twice, not loading any programs at all, and it still lags. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this thing running smoothly?! I started having these issues with 4.4 and now 5.1. And of course it was after warranty expired so I can't RMA it. Sigh...! Any help is appreciated folks!

My hp is doing the same thing and it's brand new. Anyway it was too cheap, but still a let down. I thought this Nvidia platform was similar to snapdragon 800
