Hotspot tethering auto turns off immediately

Hi,
I have C9 Pro Android Oreo 8.0 C9000ZHU1CRG9 & I have rooted my phone.
There's a problem in wifi tethering which it turns it off automatically after 2 seconds.
I have disabled wifi time-out & tried any solution presented on web, but the problem persists even in Safe Mode !!!
I would be glad to be helped if you could ?

How did you Root, I have been unsuccessful with that Firmware.
