it has been my experience that sprint does not care about knox or rooting, even if you straight up tell them my phone is rooted.
though ymmv.

knox is really just for a secure office bring your own device enviroment, in an attempt to keep data secure.
and is totally meaningless for the average user in my opinion.

this is just my view on the subject, though i have done some in depth research.

Yes the techs can check. All they have to do is go to download mode and look at the odin bootloader where is say knox 0x0 will be 0x1 letting them know you altered your device

Holy F*** lmao that is by far the most I've ever seen. I've read Sprint contacts people if they get around the 100gb level. Have they ever contacted you? And exactly how do you do this? You must be constantly charging your battery also. I have the ZL 10,000 mAh battery so you as well?

No one has contacted me about using data on an unlimited plan.. i mean what would they even say?? Just stock battery, I am waiting on usb 3.0 smartdocks to hit the market. This 2amp charger knocks this thing back up to 100% so fast that I dont need an extended battery,

lmao that's awesome. I've read here in the past from other phones where one guy would get around 100gb/month and Sprint contacted him and told him he needs to slow down or they will terminate his contract. He said its a good way to terminate your contact without having to pay the early termination fees because they are forcing you off their network. So you ran thru 193gb in 8 days mainly tethering with hulu?

I didnt think even hulu could cause a person to use that much bandwidth. He had to have great connection rates, because where I am from. Hulu/netflix will be buffering for half the time.

No need to tether to watch hulu, there is a patch for flashplayer so that you can use the browser right on your device. Makes other sites that work too that wouldnt otherwise. Ya no worries here about using a service i pay for, if they do call i will try and remember to record it though :) They already emailed me transcripts of my chats with them about their unlimited data and multiple agents said they do not throttle. I've got 0 complaints with sprints service so far.

With quality set to high on hulu its still rare for me to wait on buffering. 2/3rds of that data is from xbmc, lots more variety than hulu and no commercials :)

I tried sending you the link to the flashable zip but xda won't let me because I'm new. Have you been able to get hotspot?

You have it mixed up. What you're describing is using excessive data while roaming. That's what gets you banned with no etf. I've used 100gb+ on more than one occasion and Ive never heard a single peep from Sprint :D

Do by any chance have a link to this patch? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks.
