how can disable/remove unlock bootloader warming on startup

my phone us996 unlock bootloader. but boring for this warming. it can be remove?

some youtube video lg v20 not have this warming on startup in to recovery,why?

who can help me ?

When i asked i was told no. It can not be removed and never saw anything that it can be.
