How can I back up my rom in to SD card for XDAIIi

I try to use romupdate.exe that i've ever use with XDAii
when i use it with XDAIIi I show fail for backing up extend rom

I also have this problem, try to search everywhere but still can not find the answer!!! please help if you can!!
