How can I call in P905F0??

I have SM-P905F0(it's for Korea), and it seems not to have any call app.
I can't receive call, and can't send messages as well.
Only can receive messages.

How can I solve this problem?
would you guys give me P905F's call app and message app?

Have you tried a 3rd party dialer? And a 3rd party messages app?

Mine comes with dialer and messages by default so I can't test it.
