Go to Settings > Battery > Battery usage.
There you will se what is Eating battery & choose Restricted.
On my phone the app for my smart watch eats 29% of battery... I restricted.
I suggest Don't restrict Android system & network, connection related app's.

Avoid using global power management as it will cause erratic behaviors and even increase battery usage long term.
Find and deal with problem app(s) directly. Try clearing it cache and data if needed.
In app settings try restricting its background internet and battery usage.
Toss it if not really needed...
Sometimes battery usage is misreported and a parent or dependency app may be the culprit.
Fun, no?
Play with it...

You are wright. It still devours the battery.
Second battery eater after my smart watch app is Android System. This i can NOT restrict.

You need to find what in Android Services is eating the battery. It may be a 3rd app that's conflicting or using an Android service.
A witch hunt...

Sounds like a 3rd party app is causing it.
Find the root cause instead of messing with the firmware.
    Take sd_shadow's advice...

Did you do a factory reset?
If not, try that... best to do after a major firmware upgrade. That may solve the problem, however a lot of users are having Android 12 regrets.
