In which country are you using VoLTE callings with your Mate 30 Pro LIO-AL00 ???Hi, I have a LIO-AL00 and VoLTE is it there and it's working fine, but the VoWIFI is missing!
If I put the sim on the Mate 20 Pro are working fine both!
Is it someone who can help me with my problem?
Thanks in advance!
I can´t join it because Beta program for EMUI 11 is closed for Chines devices as my Mate 30 Pro 5G LIO-AN00.So this is because the bad VoLTE support Huawei offers. Your best option is join the Beta program for EMUI 11 and report the issue via the Beta app. They have an specific option for report that VoLTE doesnt work with an specific operator. I have the same issue but with a Mate 20 and t-mobile USA.
In Romania DigiMobil. In which country are you using VoLTE callings with your Mate 30 Pro LIO-AL00 ???
And name of your provider network company?
Could you post a screenshot, please?
Thanks!
Did you have to do anything special to get the VoLTE service enabled on your Chinese Mate 30 Pro?In Romania DigiMobil.
Neither Huawei nor my network provider Movistar give me any solution. It's unbelievable !!!!!I think I'm going to give up and take this "battle" for lost.
According to Huawei, when I reported to the Chinese technical service some months ago they told me that my Mate 30 Pro 5G has the VoLTE call service enabled although it is hidden at the menu, and that it must be my network provider in Spain that they have to provide me with the service.
My Spanish network provider - Movistar - tells me that the service is active, and that Huawei has to provide me with the software needed so that the service can be enabled.
Summary: I have nothing .... :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:
This is a common issue with Chinese devices being used outside of china. it all depends on the 4g/5g bands the phone uses and which ones your network support. 4g/5g on vodafone UK/IT only supports volte or vowifi if it is a device that they officially sell or if the manufacture supports the networks carrier settings this is most likely the case movistar too. as this is a Chinese variant and wasn't officially sold with carriers, support will be limited if not no support will be given as it isnt the global/international model.. volte doesnt work on vodafone uk with the chinese model but it does with EE uk so it is most likely down to the network not being able to support the device not huaweiNeither Huawei nor my network provider Movistar give me any solution. In Spain, this network provider carrier - Movistar - has approved the P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, and P40 models to use its VoLTE network ... but the Mate 30 Pro does not. This is a common issue with Chinese devices being used outside of china. it all depends on the 4g/5g bands the phone uses and which ones your network support. 4g/5g on vodafone UK/IT only supports volte or vowifi if it is a device that they officially sell or if the manufacture supports the networks carrier settings this is most likely the case movistar too. as this is a Chinese variant and wasn't officially sold with carriers, support will be limited if not no support will be given as it isnt the global/international model.. volte doesnt work on vodafone uk with the chinese model but it does with EE uk so it is most likely down to the network not being able to support the device not huawei
1) I think Movistar don't sell Mate 30 Pro device.Did Movistar sell the mate 30 pro? As far as I'm aware with the company I work for they only support devices 1) if they sell them. 2) if it is the global variant/EU/international. No as we both use the Chinese model it could be 2 different things. 1) the Chinese model network bands don't match what the network uses. 2) the Chinese model firmware will show the toggle when a compatible network sim is inserted. This is what I was told when I contacted OnePlus support with one of their devices from China in the past. Different brands I know but same bands and country origin
