How can I insert a heart symbol in my windows phone ?

Maybe its possible to download a font wich includes symbols, but I have no clue.

Anyways, my girlfriend always make a heart symbole like this <3

I know its not as neat as the heart symbole you wanted, but still better than noting I guess...
