How can I tell my Xoom is MZ600 or MZ602?

I unlocked my xoom and right now I need to lock it back, so I am wondering which stock image I should download for xoom. There is a Verizon logo in the up right corner but I don't know it's 4G or 3G. And btw, I do not have the box of xoom.

So is there any way I can tell it is MZ600 or MZ602? Thanks
