How connect to Wi-Fi AC?

Hello,
I have a WRT 1900AC router and I only see the normal non 5GHz version of the router?
Also I see a lot less detected networks then my 4 year old low end galaxy AceII which was already mentioned in this thread.
Is this a hardware problem? (build number: MMB29K.G930FXXU1APD1)

I seem to be missing advanced settings.
Settings > Wifi > More > Advanced
Advanced is not there for me.

Can't find it in any list.
