Someone stole my daughters otterbox for her galaxy. I call up otterbox to order a new one just because i dont have time to wait on amazon or sort out whats real and whats not on ebay. So i tell the lady what happened and tell her a little bit about where i bought it and how we love it so much and she tells me "you know what we send hundreds of cases out a day to people who complain about the dumbest things, you seem really concerned about making your daughter happy your willing to pay full retail for another case, im just gona send you a brand new case out under a warranty claim"!!! Omg dose customer service get any better then that!

That sounds fantastic. I really need to get one of their cases, but I am waiting on the Nexus Galaxy Prime (or whatever they are calling it now), an AT&T compatible 8.9 Tab or a cheap OG Galaxy Tab for AT&T to replace my current phone, so I don't want to buy one for my Infuse if I'm just going to get rid of it by year's end.
