Thanks a lot :)
Did just using the Framework work?

Please update if this works
I'm using the S8 with AFG firmware, got mine off of eBay. I sideloaded Pay and Pay Framework from apkmirror but it doesn't let me add any cards.
So to get the US version of Pay, I just flash the UAE firmware, and install 2.7.03 version of Samsung Pay ? Do I need to sideload the Framework too?

I think AFG region doesnt support Samsung Pay yet. Try to flash XSG firmware. My S8+ is XSG from the Middle East. I only istalled Samsung Pay apk from apkmirror and everything worked. Did not need to install a separate Framework apk.

Can you let me know your version of Samsung Pay and Framework?
And you are able to load the US version of Pay right?

How do you flash XSG CSC? AFAIK, you can only flash the Multi-CSC firmware that has XSG on it, then the phone will choose the CSC to apply when you factory reset and put in a SIM.

That is correct I tried that tonight. Didn't flash the firmware cause the XSG firmware is multiCSC, just like my original AFG firmware.
Had an Indian SIM lying around, widped data in recovery mode and inserted the Indian SIM. Software changed to INS/INS/AFG

Installed Samsung Pay, Indian version got loaded. Now trying to get a UAE SIM so I can load US SPay

I didnt use a UAE sim on mine. Im in Qatar and used Qatar sim. Samsung Pay here in the middle east only works in UAE. When i install Samsung Pay from the playstore, it kept saying Samsung Pay is only available in the UAE. Uninstalled it and installed the one from apk mirror then it worked.

I think that is cause your S8+ is from Middle East. I installed Samsung Pay from Play Store then reinstalled the APK mirror version. Both of them updated to the Indian version. The APK mirror version 2.7.03 wouldn't let me proceed past the start button.

I think the APK is the same, it chooses the SPay country based on the country SIM your phone got configured to.
Maybe you are actually running the UAE version and UAE version is same as US

I'll try a factory reset again today and see if I can run the US version.

That's the thing.. when I downloaded SPay from the playstore I am greeted with a message that SPay only works in the UAE and cant get any further than that. Its locked in that screen and I cant go any further than that. So I uninstalled that and downloaded the one from apkmirror. Instantly I could log in and add cards etc. So the one from the playstore and the one from apkmirror may be different.

My Samsung Pay framework is 2.7.76
When I installed SPay 2.7.03 it wouldn't go past start screen.
Maybe I'll try installing the Same framework and SPay version tonight after a factory reset.
Do you know if the UAE SPay is the same as US?

I'll try with a Qatar SIM too in a few months.
