How do I display the authorization pop-up again after canceling authorization when a quick app API Is called?

After you tap DENY, the authorization pop-up cannot be directly displayed. You need to call the involved API again to display the pop-up. If you choose not to show the pop-up again, the pop-up can be displayed only after you enable permissions under Setting > Apps > Permissions > Huawei Quick App Loader permissions.
