How do I downgrade a Moto G XT1625 with a locked bootloader?

Hi folks,
I have a Moto G4 xt1625 Amazon Version.
I flashed it with ATHENE_RETAIL_8.1.0_OPJ28.111-22_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml and it got bricked.

I read that it is possible to flash the stock rom with out unlock the booltloader.
Does anyone know about this issue?

You cannot downgrade moto firmware, unless the bootloader is unlocked.
