How do I find the correct firmware to support lineage os 14.1?

My europe m8 has s-off with unlocked bootloader and 14.1 lineage os nightly installed. However I don't understand/can't find the firmware that I need to flash for this rom. I used to flash custom roms but I have rarely flashed firmware/radio/baseband etc, if at all, due to the lack of understanding. I am suspecting that my phone's battery, among other things, are behaving erratically due to this, and would greatly appreciate some help on where to find and flash the correct firmware for the latest lineage os (14.1) on the official website.

Your firmware is the final one, there should be no problems with it on any rom.

What problems are you experiencing? Do you have an up to date twrp?

Hiya, thanks for taking the time to help

And yes, I do have the latest twrp. the problem is that once before my battery was behaving erratically after flashing a rom or something, and I flashed a new firmware or just a radio, and the battery then returned to its reliable state, so I thought it might be the same issue here. The phone itself shuts off after only like 15, 20 min of use, with the battery displaying well above 60%. However it could just be that the battery has just deteriorated, although I thought I should check within a forum to be sure! :)

Not an expert, but maybe the battery stats got wiped when you flashed that firmware, so it started working properly.
A deteriorated battery might be the issue here, but before blaming it, try doing the battery reset procedure:

1. Plug the phone to the charger and let it charge for about two minutes or more
2. While it's charging, hold down volume +, volume - and power button. Keep holding it - it should turn off and on repeatedly.
3. Do this for about 2 minutes, then release the buttons when the phone is turned on
4. Let it fully charge

Give it a try and report back.

The other way is to go into recovery(twrp) and wipe cache and dalvik cache.
