How do I fix OEM unlocking option greyed out on Realme C11 (Android 11 Go, Realme UI Go)?

Hello, I wanted to install normal Android 11 instead of the Go edition because it is buggy, but the OEM Unlocking option is greyed out and I don't know how do I enable it in this state. How do I fix this?

There is step 15. Disable OEM Unlocking and enable again but that is the thing that I can't do
