How do I measure a battery?

I just got my 1800 mah battery. Want to see if it is any better. Any sure way to test this??

With a ruler, of course.



Only way to test it is to throw it in and use your phone as you normally do... then check it at the end of the day and see how much is left and compare that to your stock battery.

Controlled resistor drain tests - that's the only way to be sure. There was a link to a set of tests run once against some original GalaxyS batteries - most Chinese aftermarket batteries tested at around 2/3 of rated capacity.
