How do I move app bigger than 10MB to system?

I am on the 4/18/13 cm tenderloin 4.1.2 build which works great. To get the new Inverted Facebook 3.5 version Maps portion to work, the app needs to be moved to system after install. Everytime I attempt to move it, exactly 10MB gets moved (not the rest of the app) . Can anyone tell me how to move the whole app to system? Thanks for the help
