Does anyone have any idea why the Fasbootdriver does not work with me?

Have just used the normal usb cable, via ADB Shell "reboot recovery"

booted into fastboot,

then used "fasboot devices" and my Tableed was visible.

"fastboot reboot" works too.

But when I bring my tablet with the fastboot cable into recovery mode,
shows me "fasboot devices" nothing.

To root my kindle I have also long search for the right driver, not a driver of all guides worked for me.

Only the Amazon driver from SDK manager works. I have here 3 PC´s and 1 Notebook (alls PC´s Win7 and Notebook Win8)
I tested it on alls PC´s, but it still dnot work.
use the drivers from the kfu for kf1

I did actually get to fastboot. I modified a samsung micro b cable. I didn't solder anything, and as soon as it showed up as fastboot, I switched the cable to a good cable I knew would work.
apparently, it is the only way to get to fastboot on this device, and I'm glad I know how to recognize it on this device now.
Please how did you do the modification? Can I do it on my own? If not, any help on how I can get one? I really need a factory cable now cos my KFHD is dead and only a factory cable can resurect it. Thanks

if you are asking about my fastboot cable, I spliced a wire into the red line in the usb cord then wrapped that tightly around pin 4 and replaced all covers so that it lined up correctly with the pins of the device.
Plz I'm an idiot with the technicalities of this factory cable. plz give me details, I need to save my KFHD. plllllllleeeeeeeease

I have tried to install it..

My Win7 x64 not want this driver... dpinst64.exe dnot work
View attachment 1669489

When I try manualy install then from ".../Kindle Fire Utility/Drivers/" I can select 3 "Devices"
View attachment 1669481 what is the right one ?
It's clearly a language issue. Set windows to english, run the drivers, should be good. If I was wrong in the language issue, and you want to manually install it. Install all 3 of those. I am not sure if you NEED all 3, but they all sound important, and ADB related, and I'm assuming the default method would install all 3.

1. Change language to English, try again
if this fails
2. Install all 3 of the "devices"

you can edit the install_drivers.bat of kfu.
add the bold ones:

Code:
If %ERRORLEVEL% == 0 (
    ::We are 32bit, lets run 32bit installer.
    start .\drivers\dpinst32.exe [B]/F /EL[/B]
) ELSE (
    ::We are 64bit, lets run 64bit installer.
    start .\drivers\dpinst64.exe [B]/F /EL[/B]
)
/el
Sets the enableNotListedLanguages flag to ON, which configures DPInst to enable all of the supported languages that are not explicitly enabled by language XML elements in a DPInst descriptor file.

/f
Sets the forceIfDriverIsNotBetter flag to ON, which configures DPInst to install a driver on a device even if the driver that is currently installed on the device is a better match than the new driver.

hope this helps with language issues with the kfu drivers ...
