How do you transfer details from winmo to andoid

ok, I have a touch pro2 (winmo) and have a desire coming soon.

I backup my contacts, texts, calendar etc via myphone, but wondered if its possible to transfer all this data over to android when I get the desire?

Use ActiveSync to sync contacts and calendar with Google, then Android will pick them up. Think you're stuck with the messages though.

I found a thing called Sprite Migrate, pretty sure its free, but havent fully tried it yet!

3 step convoluted process, Winmo to PC to Android, with 3 separate programs.

I have done the first 2 steps and it seemed to work OK, backs up contact and texts and even call logs.

Will post again if step 3 works once T mobile send me my Desire tomorrow.

Seems to be working, its a beta valid thru 7/2010. Cannot check step three though cause i do not have my "desired" phone yet ...

If you have Outlook on your computer the HTC Sync will sync all your Calender and Contact details from there and Sync it to your Desire. If not then you will need to follow the other options and sync it back and forth with Google Calender.

Hi Can someone help me. I have an Htc desire from tmobile uk. Notes section of my contacts does not fully gets synced with outlook, only first 10 or 12 lines gets synced? Any solution. thanks.
