How does the app „Jodel" identify my device?

I'm also interested in a solution. I changed the device UID manually under /data/system/users/0/settings_ssaid.xml however it didn't worked..
Unfortunately, I have no more ideas.
I found this comment on some related project: https://github.com/AsamK/JodelJS/issues/2#issuecomment-246646327 but this post is already 5 years old and my first method should have bypassed this.

I also wonder how it works. Even with Magisk rooted and MagiskHide setting enabled, with LSposed and all boxes checked in Android Faker (free version) and a brand new e-mail address, they can still detect that the device is permabanned.
Workaround is:
- register an email at mail.tm or some other provider (fresh email which isn't paired to an jodel account)
- register and login with this email on an device which is working
-login with this account to your banned device.

I doubt that works, unless someone can confirm because I think you get instantly banned when you log in on a banned device.
it worked if the account was registered on an device/connection which isn't banned.
And if you do it, please create me an email on mail.tm and give me an account, too :-D Thanks <3
It just works if you have an fresh device, with fresh sim card which worked all the time, won't work if you are 1 time banned with this device.
