How does this Phone get on with DRM Services?

In other words does this Phone support Widevine L1, or the more useless Field set, Widevine L3? This by itself may not be enough to get Netflix to work on this Device at stock. As that is also in part up to Netflix. But, let us not dare assume that Netflix is the only Content provider out there that will at least require a Widevine Level 1 class Device. I'm pretty sure VuDu, and Google's own Play Movies will also require this level of DRM compliance to view at 1080p, or better!

Sadly DRM info is reporting only Widevine Level 3 and 'CENC Clearkey v1.0' (whatever that means) supported. This means we have a 1080p screen, but almost all major streaming services will show at 480p.

These are on stock OOS 4.5.3
