How I can take advantage of ro.secure=0 in default.prop without ADB?

Because ADB is PC-only! And I do not have PC! So, how I can execute that line?

You cannot, because there is NO real-usage advantage of this. The only purpose is that disabling ro.secure enables to run ADB as root, while otherwise it runs as unprivileged user if its enabled. Since you do not have adb, there is practically no use.

Unless you are rooted, this isnt of any use to terminal emulator either...
