2/ Open app. Switch to front facing camera, in options change resolution to 1836p (16:9)
3/ Optionally you can also increase video bit rate in options.
4/ Optionally for better (less noisy) low light video you can manually set shutter speed to 1/24th of second for example and reduce video frame rate to 24fps. You have to manually set ISO to get correct exposure. Auto exposure does not work in manual mode.
Note: Stabilization does not seem to work in this mode = less crop but more hand shake
