Since that the particle effect uses the ripple effect sound (For now), you can rename the particle effect sound into "Lock.ogg" and replace it with the default one and reboot and you'll get the particle effect lock sound. That's the only alternative ways to get the lock sound to work.about the sound issue, the needed ogg files are in S5 Keyguard.apk maybe someone can get them into the S4 one using vrtheme

It just enable the particle effect that sammy hides in the s4 lockscreen effect. There's no option to enable it in the settings. Is this mod just add a toggle button button to turn on and off the Particle effect ? or it replace any other effect in settings ?

You can get the S5 Media file from here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2692969
And then go to "ui" and find this
"Particle_Lock.ogg" & "Particle_unlock_silent.ogg"
Rename the name into
"Lock.ogg" & "lock_none_effect.ogg"
And replace it into your media file. Set the correct permission (rw-r--r--) and reboot.
You should then hear the particle sound effect when you lock your device.
Hope this helps you out.![]()

I tried to find it either but, there's no luck. Because, when you activate the particle effect at the first time, there's no sound when you move your finger on the lock screen and when you unlock the device. But, there's only a lock sound which is the ripple sound effect.Due to i do as you suggest already, now i got lock sound already.
I got some question? Is there an effect sound like ripple sound when you move your finger up or down?
If I need that kind of sound on particle effect what name should I rename to?
Normally the file is :simple_ripple_up.ogg and simple_ripple_down".
i try to rename to particle _up and particle_down and it's not work.
Any suggest
Thx for help.
