[HOW TO] ADB Sideload/Push if you Wipe Internal Storage & No ROM to Flash [19 May 15]

so if i can't flash anything from fastboot (it's unlocked my phone) i can use sideload to install a os?

Do I really need Android SDK I mean ADB alone can't do a Sideload/Push to flash a rom.
