How to add any language in your device

hi...if you have a android device and you don't have your region language in your device...there is a simple way to add it without flash a new rom or custom rom and disadvantage of wipe all data...so there we go:

requirement:
android device 4+
more locate application ==> download from attachment

step 1: install more locate
step 2: if you device is 4.1.2 and older...just add new locate or select your locate (for example for Iran: add fa/Ir)
step 3: if you device is 4.2.2 and newer...open adb, then adb shell add this:

pm grant jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
