How to adjust voice call volume when making phone call ?

I have an issue using an OP3T , people are complain my voice very low , they can't listen to me clearly . I try the Vol +/ - seems it only adjust the listening voice.

Please kindly advise !!

yes, of course nothing blocking.

Also I have restored factory default to clearing up my phone, but problem persist

Did you check the actual microphone for dirt and dust? Other than that, I don't know...

Well, actually... I just remembered that you can increase mic gain with a custom kernel, like Franco Kernel. You'll need root though.

I have detach the protection case and clean up the mic around , no luck still the same

Test with a custom kernel that lets you increase the mic gain. It might work. Other than that it sounds to me like your mic is busted...
