Can you please guide me to right thread because this must for certain have been asked already.
Problem: Unable to access owner profile - - > end result - file system for all data unaccessible from basic user profiles because device requires after boot one time to login with owner profile (full system administrator) after which it used to be accessible from other profiles as well.
Device has multiple profiles.
Cannot factory reset before all data rescued from device.
Can't remember if had put up any Google account to bypass owner password with.
Issue and current situation :
- Have the file system decryption password which used to be same for owner profile, but now inform since long that owner password wrong (after forced firmware update?).
Are there any ways for me to fix this or remotely access file system data on device through some "remote access" over cable connection? I only need to rescue all data before factory reset. Because I have the decryption password for the file system itself.
P. S. I am the sole owner of the device, brought it from a mobile network service operator.

S. 2 don't ask to get in touch with Samsung customer service - already did, they did not understand my question in first place, secondly only ended in ne getting from an no-reply - address email that requested to verify email-address and info on case closed after which was asked to go through Samsung website, login and make a new case.
