I ordered one. Then I was lucky enough to order a second with the welcome package (f5/refresh lottery it seems) cancelled the first no problem. It was before payment was confirmed though.

I tried to cancel all day yesterday. Website would just refresh after going through the routine trying to cancel. I got on chat with 700+ in front of me and was told to use the cancel button on the order page. hah... Tried calling and got a message about calling back between normal hours. Sent a support request e-mail AND replied to the sales confirmation e-mail. By the time I got someone to reply they said it couldn't be cancelled and just to refuse the package. It's still on processing with a estimated 6/23 delivery. It's on Craigslist now but if nobody claims it before it arrives I'll just refuse the package. I'll wait for the Pixel 2.

Same story here. I feel like I might be able to at least get the dash cable and charger out of the deal.

You do realize that the infinity display, whatever the hell that even is, is copyrighted by Samsung.
If you mean the curved edges you may be right idk. Also the term infinity may be, i read an article that dell and samsung are gonna go at it because dell is calling their display InfinityEdge, but bezeless displays aren't. G6 has one, essential will have one, dell laptops, xiaomi mi mix, and so on.

Have the option to cancel, tried to cancel order for over 2 days now (LG G6 tickled my fancy!), but order would not cancel.

Spoke to chat, was advised "Order can not be cancelled, as it's processed to warehouse" (or something along those lines....)

That's why i posted here. You really tried for 2 days? I gave up after I tried for two minutes. It was clearly broken since nothing happened. I screen recorded it just to be safe if they give me a hard time for some reason if i return it.

Yep, honestly tried for 2 days without any luck.

Surely as long as the order has not been despatch from warehouse, it can be cancelled? I would completely understand if the order was with the courier. However this is currently not the case.

It's simple you keep it when you get it or send it back. No in between with this company. I know it's not easy but that's what it is
