How to cancel an order

Just informed me my package does not require a signature and will be dropped off. I asked for it to be returned to the sender.

Most of our couriers will make three attempts at delivery before marking a parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable it will be returned to warehouse. Once we received your returned parcel we will then process a refund to the original account used to purchase the item(s). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact OnePlus Support.

Today's date: 24.06.17

Exactly 3 days ago I tried to cancel order, but was advised "order has been processed to warehouse" surely my order ain't sitting in a warehouse for 3 days???

I've had to go through return process. I didn't like the camera quality so returning it. They sent me ups returns label so I'm just waiting for it to be collected.

I'm no expert but if you don't sign for the package I don't see how they can not give you a full refund. I may do that also
Thanks! I spoke with OnePlus support and they said there are two options. Either refuse the parcel or ship it back to the same addrress.
