How to change BL unlock code

You can change the code using
TWRP
There is an option 'Change bootloader code' in 'Advanced' section. New code must be 16 characters !
(e.g. 1111111111111111 , huaweineveragain :) etc.)

Note: this TWRP is not fully tested on ANE- devices yet. Use it only to change the code.

But how to boot into this TWRP if my bootloder is locked?
I can unlock FRP via setting in the phone, but I can't flash or boot into TWRP.
Any help how to use it?
