you can't change imei number. Only a guy who has stolen a phone would do that.
no, you are wrong. I never stole a phone and i'm interested in knowing how to restore/change imei on the poco f1, i have one

To change the IMEI number you need to inject in the underlying protocol stack while the stack is powering on. Usually this API is not provided by well known chip vendors. Also, on OS level it needs root access, and accesss to efi partition, if you are able to get the tools for this you can rewrite your imei number. But then again you will be in need of a genuine imei number to replace. otherwise the gsm network will not accept your phone.

I want to change the imei. Because Turkey is a very tax. They're selling 3 times the price of a phone. Those who know how to change, please.

I'm facing the same problem here, you'll need external hardware that cost quite a bit to do that smoothly. Any bootleg smartphone shop will do that for you for around 50TL. Most people on the internet will demand more to do it or teach you about it anyway.

Just ask around the shops,
