Guys seen loads of great Icons on this thread but how the hell do I go about changing them ?

If i get your question correctly, my answer would be Desktop visualizeR ... chk Market...
Destop visualizer. Is a good one
Look at Simi folder as well, both availble from market.
Check theses as well

I used Desktop Visualizer for the dock bar icons, and simi folder to make the 4 folders
