How to change stock camera fps?

Hello. Do anyone know how to change the stock camera frame rate from 30 fps to 25 fps. I need to do this because I live in 50 Hz country. So sometimes the video flickering when taking indoor with FL light.
I can use other camera apps for 25 fps, but I can't have high resolution audio. The high res audio only at stock camera.

The settings are contained within here. Not sure changing them works.
