How to change the icons , network signal and colour of stausbar of a rom???

helllo,
i was wondering how customize the icons of battery network signal and colour of battery bar ... vas i like changing looks of my ace.....

if any one of you know please describe it...or link me to a thred ,, i searched but couldnt find relevant..

but it was for HDPi only stated.....

I think that easier is insert new icons by winrar to framework-res.apk than cooking.
