I'm sure this is covered somewhere so maybe you can point me in the right direction. I don't have a manual for my phone, and I can download one from the O2 website as the previous owner already registered with my IMEI number so I can't get access.

I'm trying to change the tone for incoming messages and the alarm clock - I can see where to change them, but there's only the factory included tones, is there any way to put one of my personal tones in?

Just paste the file to the Windows Folder. My Device > Windows. Then go back to Sounds and Notifications and the file will be included on the list. :D

*I can email you the manual. Just PM me here. ^^ *

Sir, are u sure that you pasted the .wma on the Windows folder?

I haven't tried the .wma file.
I use .wav / .mp3 format only. Try using .wav or .mp3 format sir.

I'll try to paste a .wma file on my Windows folder and get back to you ASAP. :D
