How to change vibe p1 region from cn

To find out which region is set dial ####5993# or ####59930# using stock dialer

To change region:
Put easyimage.zip to root of SDCard
Dial ####682# using stock dialer

I found that article in other post , I tried that code , my phone region is China and I need to change to Egypt or middle east but I can't make it , I can't find easyimage.zip file to put it in to root of sdcard , so can any one help me to do , my vibe version is : p1c58

i use english language but in my device p1c72 has many many CN text (in contact, in call, in screen save ....) how i can remove all CN language in my rom
