How to connect a PS3 DualShock 3 Sixaxis controller

Since the Sixaxis controller app doesn't work (unable to get Bluetooth address) is there another way? Wireless or wired would do....

Alternatively is there a way to play my android games on Win8.1 PC via the DS3, with emulated touch going to the phone? (I do have ROOT and unlocked BL but in the recovery my internal storage is encrypted and I don't want to wipe it)

You should format your data to decrypt again.
I think the controller not supported on our old device.
Umm you can't play android games in windows from your Android phone with the controller.
