how to convert d-01j (btv-l0j) to btv-w09

i got a d-01j from docomo which has no phone dial app, i want to convert it to btv-w09, i downloaded HUAWEI MediaPad M3 8 Firmware (BTV-W09 ,C100B006, EMUI4.1+Android 6.0) and i am not sure of how to flash it to btv-l0j without bricking it, has some one done this can provide me the steps to take to flash

I would be really careful in flashing a W09 firmware, as I had to look up the model you posted and there seems to be a difference in your model and the M3 (granted I may be missing something here) but you're short a gig of ram,and storage plus I look up the model you posted and from what I saw it's an LTE version..
