How to convert to F2FS on stock miui?

Need a guide on how to convert to F2FS. Currently using 11.0.4 Indian stable with candy kernel. How to do it without losing data, I read that you can restore your backup using rm rf instead of formatting in TWRP. Has anyone tried that. Also is there any noticable benefits of using f2fs? One plus stopped using it because performance reduced in the long run (something about GC issues with f2fs.)

AFAIK, stock kernel has no F2FS support, so it won't even boot.

Benefits? maybe f2fs is faster, and more secure, if u wanna have f2fs flash twrp with f2fs support. I think

Idk if you can do it without wiping data, no noticeable benefits but file benchmarks are better overall. I use DFE and arter97 f2fs, everything in a row in twrp,

v+f if needed
Rom
Kernel if needed (have converted to f2fs using stock kernel before and it boots everything works well)
F2fs
DFE
Reboot
