How to cook a ROM for ICS .?

Anybudy plz tell me how to cook a ROM for my Sensation z710e. I have s-off,rooted,running ViperS 1.01..!
I WANT TO COOK AND CUSTOMISE MY OWN ROMs, is there any tutorial for rom cooking ...?

Set up cygwin (if on windows) and android kitchen should be extracted to cygwin/home/user name/ kitchen

Run cygwin

Type in:
cd kitchen

chmod 777 menu

./menu

Now you should be in the main menu

Cygwin is the name of kitchen..? N can u redirect me through the ROM cooking tutorial plz..i used to cook ROMs for window mobiles but that time i had proper kitchen,ext pakage n more with tutorial..SUMIT PRO. User kitchen..! I want somthing like this.. thnk u

U r running on Touch Cream 1.0.1 ... I too had download that ROM,n flashd my device yestrday..! BUT it does'nt have anything special and many thing are missing like mudic player,gallery,news,and mch more features..!jelly bean geaphics and it UI are rilly nice,me too want that graphics,so is there any add on pack or MOD,to get those amezing graphics..over my ViperS 1.0.1
