How to create Themes for Sense3.0?

I am a student graphics artist wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for creating Themes. I want to create over the top UIs but I just don't know where to look. I've tried looking in several places and also looking inside .APKs from creators but I don't know where to start.

There was an excellent guide for creating/modifying themes for Froyo and Sense 2 but now with Gingerbread, Sense 3 and m10 files a guide would be great if anyone has one or willing to create one.

Thank you very much! I'll get a good start with that how to. Hopefully someone will make more. If anyone can compile them and post them that would be awesome as well.
