How to disable gracenote album check and download

I get notifications from gracenote that it is updating album art, almost everytime I start up Music player. At times it seems to kick off by itself with no music player open. When pulling up "Update Album Art" screen there is no check for automatic download.
I keep about 10Gb of music on my card (according to Gracenote I have 157 different albums) and with 200mb data plan this is killing me

How do I uninstall or turn off this feature?

Not sure if you found this out yet start a song when in full stock player mode click menu - album art - then unclick update album art auto.

or u can use droidwall and block all the prog which u dont want to use by data plan.

Using stock player on stock ICS with sense 3.6 album menu has an option "Update album art" and "Auto update" is disabled.
