How to enter Aroma fulmics

I'm on 6.9! I need to enter Aroma to allow cpu throttling which I turned off as the phone is heating too much(summer here) and turning off by itself. Do I need to flash 6.6, queue 6.7, 6.8, 6.9 to enter Aroma again or is there any other alternatives like any app, etc?
Any help/guide/steps will be much appreciated
